The Company (WGLD), through its wholly owned subsidiary Lorne Resources Limited, has secured a 90% interest and full operational control in a new joint venture aimed at advancing gold, silver, and critical-metal exploration across central Scotland. The partnership—formed with Acrux Gold Limited, operators of Scotland’s first commercial gold mine—covers two Crown Estate Mines Royal Option applications, the Orchy and Lyon areas, which together span roughly 500 km² of highly prospective ground positioned adjacent to the active gold mine.
The company have already secured exclusive land-access agreements to conduct mineral exploration activities across approximately 200km2 of the two Crown Estate Mines Royal Option applications.
